Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive for getting international projects and local projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones via good communication/negotiation skills.


  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business working on different platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, LinkedIn, Guru, K-Work, People Per Hour, Email Marketing);
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets;
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients;
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems;
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients;
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients;
  • Manage sales pipeline & track metrics to ensure targets are hit;
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages.


  • Strong Communications skills (English-> Speaking & Writing);
  • Bachelor’s degree 1+ years in the sales industry;
  • Good Knowledge of the IT Industry;
  • Great knowledge of IT Market Trends, Languages, Tech Stacks, Software Products;
  • Hands-on experience with analyzing the requirements, Work estimations, and Timelines;
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success;
  • Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills;
  • CRM experience is preferred.
