Job Description
This is a full-time on-site internship role for an SEO Intern at SoftSquare in Lahore. The SEO Intern will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with search engine optimization efforts, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, strategies, and analytics while working closely with a creative and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines
- Assist in developing and implementing link-building strategies
- Monitor and report on website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to improve website SEO performance
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush (a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
