Challenge

Moving with Sam had grown from a local operation into a multi-city business serving Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Its website needed to turn visitors into quote requests for four different services (local moving, interstate, 3PL and furniture delivery), each with different information requirements. It also had to build trust through reviews and load quickly. A New Zealand launch meant it also had to serve two countries without confusing customers.

Solution

We built a conversion-focused WordPress website with service-specific quote flows, local SEO landing pages, and self-service tools like the Moving Volume Calculator and delivery tracking. We strengthened trust with reviews, testimonials, live stats, and a seamless AU/NZ country experience optimized for performance. We also integrated real-time live chat to improve customer communication and make the booking journey faster, easier, and more conversion-focused.
