What is it?
A WooCommerce shipping integration that does the courier work for you.
SoftSquare Shipping Gateway connects your WooCommerce store to TCS Pakistan for shipment booking, label generation, cash-on-delivery, tracking and day-to-day shipment management.
The plugin talks to the SoftSquare service, which holds your courier credentials and performs the API calls. Your store never contacts the courier directly, and one set of credentials can serve a store without being used from its own server.

No. SoftSquare Shipping Gateway is an independent third-party integration developed and maintained by SoftSquare. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or officially supported by TCS.

Yes — from the order screen, in bulk from the orders list, or automatically when an order reaches a status you choose, such as Processing.

Yes. Cash-on-delivery orders are booked with the amount to collect taken from the order total, or you can set a different amount per order.

Yes. You need your own TCS COD API credentials — API username, password and bearer token, plus an account number and cost centre. TCS issues these; SoftSquare cannot create them for you.

Not one you create by hand. Press “Connect this site” in the plugin settings and your site is registered with the SoftSquare service. No sign-up form, no key to paste, and nothing is sent until you press that button.

Booking a parcel sends the recipient’s name, address, phone number and email to the SoftSquare service, which passes what TCS needs to TCS. Public tracking lookups send only the consignment number.

Yes. The plugin uses the WooCommerce CRUD API and declares compatibility with High-Performance Order Storage and the block-based cart and checkout.
